Dear Resident of St. Andrew South West,

I am Lennox Andrews, your brother with a vision for fostering the prosperity of our parish. I’ve had the pleasure of dedicating many years of service to Grenada and I endeavour to continue my service as a representative for this constituency in the upcoming general election. 

I am an active member of our community and have worked at the national and regional levels as an economist and educator. I served as the Country Economist for Grenada and Montserrat while with the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank and have dedicated a part of my career to leadership positions in the government and credit unions in Grenada. In short, I am no stranger to dedication and hard work and I’ve worked in the public and private sectors to assist with improving the lives of individuals across the island. 

MY VISION is to contribute to the transformation of Grenada. I want to transform our constituency by undertaking specific, strategic initiatives.

UNDER MY LEADERSHIP in St. Andrew South West I will endeavour to:

• Upgrade and enhance the community health services at the Grand Bras and Mt. Carmel medical stations. This upgrade will include the provision of 24-hour medical assistance at the Grand Bras Health Centre. I also hope to explore the construction of a medical station at Soubise.  
• Improve our constituency’s road infrastructure, including rehabilitating the Belle Vue Road and the Cemetery Roads.
• Establish a Youth Training Centre at Union that focuses on sports, technical, vocational and creative arts training.
• Construct a jetty and essential facilities, including lockers, storage and ice facilities for the individuals in the fishing industry of the constituency.
• Enhance and stabilize the water supply for the people of Richmond and Tuilleries.
• Establish a facility for collecting, researching, and converting the sargassum seaweed into commercial products for sale locally and for abroad. 
• Work with farmers to secure affordable inputs, adequate labour, equipment, and access to reliable markets. Poultry, cattle and small ruminant rearing will be encouraged and supported, as well as agro-processing and apiculture (honey and beeswax production).
